Salesforce Business Analyst
We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Business Analyst to lead high-value projects within an agile development environment for our client in the manufacturing industry.
This role focuses on enhancing sales productivity and support through automation, process improvement, user experience, and analytics. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and partners to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals.
In this role, you will evaluate user enhancement requests, determine feasibility, and propose optimized solutions to maximize platform functionality. Your ability to build consensus among stakeholders and prioritize features based on business impact will be critical.
The ideal candidate will also play a key role in advancing CRM analytics, providing actionable insights for the organization, and documenting processes to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities to enhance sales productivity and effectiveness using technology, data, and process improvements.
- Manage the product roadmap, prioritization, release planning, and delivery of key features for supported business processes and technologies.
- Lead requirements gathering, testing, deployment, documentation, training, and enablement for complex projects.
- Monitor and resolve risks, blockers, issues, and bugs in a timely manner.
- Measure the business impact of CRM enhancements, ensuring they deliver ROI and align with objectives.
- Develop test cases, oversee user acceptance testing (UAT), and establish best practices for testing.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and market best practices, implementing relevant features and solutions.
- Create training materials and conduct user training sessions in collaboration with regional leads and power users.
- Measure and report on performance and outcomes, driving continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives involving CRM.
- Partner with Salesforce and vendor customer success teams to enhance engagement, adoption, and capabilities.
Requirements:
- A passion for customer-centric solutions and strong business acumen.
- Experience in implementing and managing end-to-end CRM processes, particularly in Sales and Marketing.
- Familiarity with lead-to-cash processes, ideally within a B2B manufacturing environment.
- Strong process orientation and analytical skills to identify improvement opportunities.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse functions and cultures.
- The ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, product management, data analysis, system administration, or similar fields.
- Salesforce certifications preferred (e.g., Admin, Advanced Admin, Sales Cloud Consultant).
- Strong expertise in Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms, including system administration, role hierarchy, workflow, approval processes, and data management.
- Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
